Cake contracts must be signed 2 months prior to event date. A $100 non-refundable retainer fee must be placed at the time of contract signing to reserve your event date and will go toward the total of payments. Final payment must be received no later than 7 days before the event date. Failure to pay results in contract becoming null and void: NO refunds will be issued on previous amounts paid; no exceptions. No changes may be made after final payment is received.
